Trans Justice Organising Fellowship

The Trans Justice Organising Fellowship is a 6-week online course for up to 25 participants which will empower you with the skills, knowledge, and relationships you need to make real change in your community for trans justice.

Who should apply

This program is most suited to people who are interested in deepening their leadership skills, helping to start or join local teams, or be a part of campaigns that will build our power as a movement. Experience is less important to us than a hunger to learn, and a desire to take action.

We will cover the topics of leadership, strategy, tactics, movement building, and building power.

This program is only for people who are trans or gender diverse. We will give special consideration to applications from First Nations people, people of colour, people who live outside of major cities, and people who are involved in communities of faith.

Program cost
Participation in the fellowship is totally free, however we do ask that all participants sign up to be a fundraiser and participate in our GiveOut Day fundraiser. There is no expectation for you to contribute your own money towards the fundraiser but we will ask everyone share the campaign on social media and with their community to help raise funds to continue to support trainings like this.

Time Commitment
1 x 1hr 45min minute session per week for 6 weeks
~20 mins of reading outside of training per week

Applications close: September 24th
