In general terms, this includes information or an opinion that personally identifies you either directly (e.g. your name) or indirectly.

We use personal information to fulfil legal and regulatory obligations, or for internal purposes such as monitoring, analysing, and researching our organisational effectiveness and impact to improve our activities in the future.

To carry out our work, we may disclose personal information to our agents, suppliers, and advisors under strict confidentiality agreements. Some of these suppliers, including third-party service provider databases for personal information storage, may be located overseas, potentially resulting in personal information being stored in Australia or overseas.

In exceptional circumstances, we may use or disclose personal information when reasonably necessary and permitted by law, such as to mitigate or prevent serious threats to life, health, or safety or as part of legal proceedings.
