Trans Youth Deserve to Thrive

All young people deserve the healthcare they need to grow up healthy, happy, and with the freedom to be themselves.

But instead of supporting young people, the Queensland LNP government would rather copy Trump, blocking vital health care for trans youth. The government is due to make their final decision about treatment access in November.

That’s why we are turning up the heat now.

Join the national day of action on the 29th-31st August to call out the Queensland Government’s attacks on trans youth by taking action at a Liberal Party office in your area.

Join an action in your area, organise one yourself, or deliver a letter to your MP.

We are inviting people to target State and Federal Liberal party members in their areas, as well as party headquarters or parliaments. All kinds of actions are welcome.

29 Aug is also Wear it Purple Day.

Wear it Purple Day is an annual event dedicated to supporting and empowering LGBTQIA+ youth. It’s a day for schools, workplaces, and communities to come together and show their support for LGBTQIA+ young people by wearing purple. Find out about events near you and remember to wear purple on Friday the 29th.
